Q3 2024 Market Review

Q3 was a great quarter for investments all the way around. The stock market and bond market both built on the gains they’ve had this year. The US stock market returned 6.23%, international stocks were up 7.76% and emerging markets were up 8.72%. Bonds prices rose as the Federal Reserve cut interest rates, with bonds in the US bond market increasing 5.2% and international bonds up 3.48%.
